The Marion Gluck Clinic announces its first UK partnership with the Mews Practice
Private, Surrey-based clinic extends treatments to patients with introduction of bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
The Marion Gluck Clinic has announced the launch of its first partnership outside of London with the Mews Practice in London, Surrey.
From July 2018, Levitas Clinic, an established, private medical practice, will offer new and existing patients the opportunity to receive bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) at its clinic under the supervision of Dr. Marion Gluck, a pioneer and the UK’s leading practitioner in bio-identical hormones.
The announcement is an exciting development for both companies and means for the first time, patients from Surrey and surrounding counties will be able to receive bio-identical hormone consultations and treatment from Marion Gluck trained doctors, outside of London, saving them travel time and expense.
Initially, the Mews Practice will have four doctors available to treat patients, all of whom have been trained at The Marion Gluck Training Academy, under the guidance of Dr. Gluck but there are plans to extend the practice and recruit and train more doctors later this year.
Director of Levitas Clinic said: “This is incredibly exciting news for Levitas Clinic and we’re delighted to be partnering with Dr. Marion Gluck, the UK’s pioneering clinician in bio-identical hormones. We will now be able to offer our existing, as well as new patients, an extended range of BHRT treatment with the same level of patient care and service they have become accustomed to at Levitas Clinic. I am really looking forward to the prospect of being able to help men and women optimise their wellbeing with good governances and support from the UKs leading authority. We have already had excellent feedback and testimonials. Bio- identical hormones complements our strong ethos in delivering regenerative solutions to patients’ needs.”
Bioidentical hormones can be used to treat a number of hormonal conditions such as PMS, perimenopause and menopause as well as aesthetic conditions, including acne, hair loss and the signs of internal and external aging. With an increasing demand from the UK market, there is a growing need for practitioners to become trained in how to safely and correctly prescribe these medications.
Dr. Marion Gluck, who founded her London clinic back in 2008 said: “Levitas Clinic and their doctors are passionate and committed about their work. It’s an honour to partner with them to enhance the knowledge and accessibility of bio-identical hormone treatments to their patients. Their high standards of patient care are unprecedented. For the first time, we can now offer patients outside of London the opportunity to be treated by Marion Gluck trained doctors locally, safe in the knowledge that their health and well-being are the number one priority.”
About the Marion Gluck Clinic
The Marion Gluck Clinic was founded in 2008 Dr Marion Gluck, one of the world’s leading pioneers in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). The clinic is the home of BHRT in the UK, providing patients with the highest quality care and helping them achieve hormonal balance through personalised medicine.
While working in Australia 20 years ago, Dr Gluck became aware of the increasing need for hormonal balancing using bio-identical hormone therapy. She came to believe that every person should have both knowledge of, and access to, the benefits of this therapy. She then founded the only UK clinic dedicated to this approach, delivering personalised care based on proven science to thousands of patients.
Dr Gluck is passionate about the potential of bio-identical hormones to change the lives of women and men for the better. It is her life’s work to educate people about hormonal imbalance and promote the life-changing effects of bio-identical hormones, aiming never to hear another story of suffering that could have been avoided.
Dr Gluck now takes a leading role in research and development and in teaching the proven ‘Marion Gluck Method’, to ensure that bio-identical hormones are delivered appropriately according to her core values of practicing good medicine and respecting the body and its natural processes.

About Bioidentical Hormones
Bio-identical hormones have the same chemical structure as those naturally occurring hormones which are produced in the body, and their effects and benefits replicate them closely. They are derived from diosgenin, which is sourced from Mexican yams. Synthetic hormones, on the other hand, have a chemical structure that may be similar to, but not exactly the same as, the hormones produced by the body. These act as a substitute and not a replacement, and may have negative side effects.
Men and women can benefit from bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) because it can provide relief from a wide range of symptoms experienced during the menopause, andropause and other hormone-related conditions, such as premenstrual syndrome (PMS), postnatal depression, endometriosis and menstrual problems.
